Prior to joining the firm, Ke Jia trained at an international law firm. Through this role, he gained experience across a range of transactional practice areas, including banking, capital markets, corporate and M&A, and more. He has exposure to both Asia- and Europe-focused matters, working with clients such as private equity and venture capital firms, asset managers, banks, and insurers.
