Prior to joining the firm, Lauren served as a law clerk for a Los Angeles county district attorney’s office. Through this role, Lauren researched and drafted memoranda regarding the application of criminal procedure and criminal law, and drafted and revised opening memoranda, opening briefs, 998 motions, acknowledgment of discovery, and directories. She also screened attorney-client privileged inmate calls. Julia previously served as a summer associate in the firm’s Los Angeles office.
