Lauren Patten

Lauren Patten, a partner in the firm’s Nashville office, is a member of the Commercial Disputes practice group. She is a trial lawyer who handles complex commercial disputes, arbitrations, and internal investigations and has represented clients in both jury and bench trials in state and federal courts. Lauren also litigates disputes before arbitration panels and other quasi-judicial and regulatory bodies.

Lauren has represented local and global companies for over 12 years, and her areas of focus include:

  • breach of contract and business / joint venture divorce in federal and state court and in arbitration;
  • business tort, restrictive covenant, non-compete, unfair competition, and trade secret litigation;
  • products liability litigation;
  • trust and estate disputes;
  • class action litigation; and
  • catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death litigation on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants.
