Manuel is a trainee lawyer in the firm’s Milan office and is a member of the Tax practice. Manuel advises on the tax aspects of financial transactions, corporate reorganizations, M&A, private equity and real estate deals, both domestic and cross-border works and tax litigations.
Manuel graduated with a degree in Law in 2023 from Luigi Bocconi University in Milan, with a thesis in tax law concerning the mandatory disclosure rules provided for tax-relevant cross-border transactions.
