Michael Malecz is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate practice. He represents clients across an array of real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, mortgage and mezzanine financings, commercial leasing, distressed loan workouts, development, joint ventures, corporate governance, and other matters related to the ownership and operation of real estate. Michael has represented a wide variety of both domestic and foreign clients, including institutional investors, private equity funds, family offices, high-net-worth individuals, sponsors, borrowers, lenders, developers, commercial landlords, and commercial tenants in connection with all types of real estate assets located in New York and throughout the United States, including build-to-rent, industrial, health care, hospitality, mixed-use, multifamily, office, retail, self-storage, and student housing properties.
