Mira Khalaf

Mira Khalaf is a bilingual paralegal in the firm's Doha office. She has experience in legal matters relating to Qatari, English and United Arab Emirates (UAE) laws. Mira assists in establishing different types of legal entities, advising on the process and procedures to transfer shares, and other corporate and employment related matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Mira worked at a multiservice law firm based in the UAE where she gained experience in disputes and corporate law. During her employment, she was involved in advising local and international clients on the laws of Dubai, UAE. Mira worked on a large corporate litigation case and several breach-of-contract and misrepresentation claims. Mira was involved in drafting legal notices, powers of attorneys, court and expert memorandums, and filing cases through the Dubai courts. She also has experience in drafting and reviewing different types of agreements such as nondisclosure agreements, articles of association, employment agreements, consultancy agreements, etc.

Mira was involved with the Global Brigades Organization where she worked as a communications officer for the Legal Brigade. Global Brigades Organization is an international, nonprofit organization that collaboratively executes programs with the end goal of empowering rural communities.
