Her work focuses on intellectual property and technology related transactions and counseling, including services agreements (e.g., for professional services, cloud services, and transportation services), software as a service (SaaS) agreements, software license agreements, patent license agreements, patent assignment agreements, non-disclosure agreements, independent contractor agreements, co-manufacturing agreements, collaboration agreements, player agreements, influencer agreements, and sponsorship agreements. Noorean also drafts terms of use and privacy policies and provides IP due diligence support on M&A deals.
