Pearl Kuo is a corporate lawyer with broad experience in cross-border transactions. Her practice includes (i) mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and investments in energy, high tech, biotech and other sectors, (ii) capital markets (IPO / SPO / issuance of convertible bond), (iii) venture capital transactions, (iv) renewable energy projects particularly in wind and solar power, and (v) general corporate matters.
