Ron Feldman

Ron Feldman is a partner in the firm’s London office and a member of the Asset Management and Investment Funds practice.

He draws on his work in private practice with buy-side clients and in-house at investment banks and provides advice and insights to global financial institutions and funds. Ron’s practice advises on derivatives, on a broad range of asset classes, including portfolio swaps and TRS, MCAs, financing transactions, repurchase agreement transactions, stock loans, collateral and margin, prime brokerage and asset custody agreements. Ron also counsels on market infrastructure regulatory matters such as international derivatives and margin reform as well as securities financing transactions.

Ron has been acknowledged by The Legal 500 United Kingdom in the area of Derivatives and Structured Products and in the area of Hedge Funds.

Prior to joining the firm, Ron served as a partner in the London office of a multinational firm, where his practice area focused on the investment funds sector and advising on derivatives, UK and EU market regulatory matters, and financing transactions—including repo and stock loans, structured finance transactions, prime brokerage, and asset custody arrangements—for global financial institutions and funds.
