Ryan Edmondson concentrates his practice in intellectual property matters, including a range of litigation and transactional matters related to trademarks, copyrights and patents. Ryan regularly advises clients on the management of international trademark portfolios and is experienced in global filing strategies and maintenance of intellectual property rights. Ryan has also successfully represented both plaintiffs and defendants in copyright, trademark, and patent litigation.
Ryan routinely negotiates and drafts intellectual property agreements, including assignments, licenses, coexistence agreements, and settlement agreements. He also has experience in intellectual property due diligence in corporate transactions.
Ryan has a range of litigation experience before the Trademark Trial and Appeal board and federal courts, including extensive legal research, motion practice, and drafting pleadings and briefs. In litigation, Ryan has worked closely with clients to manage complex cases through all stages of litigation, including discovery.
