Rynier is a lawyer in the Corporate practice group with significant experience in buy- and sell-side mergers and acquisitions (private and public), capital markets transactions, corporate structuring and commercial law. He has assisted clients in a number of sectors including technology, financial services, agriculture, health and beauty.
Rynier's corporate experience includes advising on acquisitions, sales, undertaking due diligence, preparing share and business sale agreements, subscription agreements, convertible debt agreements and loan agreements.
Rynier also has experience in advising clients in relation to Environmental Social Governance (ESG), including corporate governance policies and modern slavery.
