Sabrina Fani is an associate at the firm's Los Angeles office. She is a member of the Commercial Disputes practice group, and focuses her practice on commercial litigation, labor and employment related litigation, intellectual property litigation, and class action defense. She has represented public and private companies in litigation involving claims for employment discrimination, wrongful termination, wage and hour violations, breach of contract, and trade secrets misappropriation. Sabrina is experienced in many phases of litigation, including responding to legal complaints, complex fact discovery, deposition preparation, and law and motion practice. She also maintains an active pro bono practice, representing clients seeking first amendment protection in prisoner rights’ cases.
