Sara is a trainee in the Milan Office. She is part of the Commercial Disputes department and handles a wide variety of complex litigation, including disputes in corporate, financial, bankruptcy and commercial law in general. She graduated from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan with a final dissertation in Bankruptcy Law, on the subject of Bankruptcy Discharge with particular focus on the innovations brought after the enactment of the "Codice della Crisi d’Impresa e dell’Insolvenza."
