Stacey Chiu is an associate and is a member of the Labor, Employment, and Workplace Safety practice.
Stacey gained previous experience at a variety of legal service firms, where she litigated employment law matters in state and federal courts, drafted and argued motions for summary judgment, managed all aspects of discovery, and advised employers on a range of employment law issues. She represented employers in wage and hour class actions, counseled clients on employment matters, and updated employee handbooks and policies.
