Prior to joining the firm, Stephen served as an associate at a global law firm. Stephen’s primary focus is in the corporate practice with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions. Some of Stephen’s responsibilities included drafting and negotiating transaction documents, including merger agreements, escrow agreements, minority investment agreements, shareholder agreements and other primary and ancillary transaction and governance documents.
