Taylor previously served as a summer associate in the firm’s Boston office. Through this role, Taylor researched and produced memoranda on issues of complex commercial litigation. Taylor also drafted pre-trial civil litigation documents. Prior to joining the firm Taylor served as a legal intern for a property and casualty insurance company. Through this role, Taylor drafted and revised natural disaster policy issues across jurisdictions to comply with new regulatory requirements. In addition, she assisted in a workers’ compensation product launch by creating a comprehensive regulatory review of inclusion and exclusion rules for employee classifications, mandatory coverage offerings, premium audit form, and threshold requirements.
Taylor also worked as a senior project assistant for a Minneapolis-based litigation law firm.
