Vincent (Vince) Galluzzo is a trial lawyer who focuses on high-stakes patent and trade secret litigation. Vince has a proven history of leading trial teams to victory in jury and bench trials in state and federal courts, in arbitration proceedings, and in inter partes reviews (IPRs) before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.

Vince has successfully led and tried multiple cases to verdict in the federal district courts, has successfully led and argued many IPRs before the PTAB, and has successfully led and argued multiple appeals to the Federal Circuit. He has received recognition for his work, including being profiled by IAM Patent 1000 as a “litigation wizard,” and by Litigation Daily (of the American Lawyer), which recognized Vince and the trial team he led with a Litigator of the Week “Shout Out” for their patent trial win in the District of Delaware.
In addition to trial and appellate work, Vince counsels clients on open-source and other software licensing issues, trade secret protection strategies, and intellectual property monetization strategies.
Vince is committed to pro bono representation, having represented clients in a highly publicized federal habeas corpus case and in an Eighth Amendment civil rights violation case under the Civil Rights Act.
