Vincent (Vince) Galluzzo is a partner at the firm and is a member of the Intellectual Property Litigation practice group. Prior to joining the firm, Vince was a partner at a Washington, D.C., law firm where he practiced as a trial lawyer in patent, trade secret, software licensing disputes, and multimillion-dollar technology transactions. With a strong technical background in computer and software engineering, Vince has a proven history of leading trial teams to victory in jury and bench trials in state and federal courts as well as in post-grant proceedings (inter partes reviews or IPRs) before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.

In addition to trial work, Vince counsels clients on open-source and other software licensing issues, as well as intellectual property monetization strategies, portfolio management, enforcement, licensing, software licensing, open-source software usage, and other software-related issues. He has led deals involving tens of millions of dollars in IP assets.
Vince is committed to pro bono representation, having represented clients in a highly publicized federal habeas corpus case and in an Eighth Amendment civil rights violation case under the Civil Rights Act.
