Where OFCCP is Headed and How Contractors Can Best Prepare

Date: August 2022
Watch Now

OFCCP (Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs) has been busy over the Summer of 2022, announcing numerous major initiatives, many of which directly impact compliance and enforcement and need to be on contractors' radar. From emphasizing an annual pay equity self audit requirement, to enforcing Contractor Portal obligations and conducting more extensive and lengthy compliance reviews, it is evident that OFCCP is on the move and contractors need to keep up to date.

Further, it is anticipated that much more is coming in the Fall of 2022 and upcoming year, including revisions to the main regulations used to evaluate and resolve discrimination claims, an increasing focus on subcontractor compliance and construction audits, and broader and more frequent supplemental information requests in compliance reviews.

Our speakers, Craig Leen and Leann Walsh, provide an overview of what is happening and insights as to what is on the horizon, along with related compliance guidance and best practices to implement as contractors prepare.
