William (Wiley) Cole is an associate in the firm's Washington, D.C., office. He is a member of the Asset Management and Investment Funds practice group. Wiley assists open- and closed-end fund clients on regulatory matters, registration, and compliance. 

Prior to joining the firm, Wiley spent four years as an analyst with a Washington, D.C.-based asset management firm. In law school, Wiley served as a judicial intern for Chief Justice Annette Kingsland Ziegler at the Wisconsin Supreme Court and as a Summer Honors Intern at the Securities and Exchange Commission in the Division of Enforcement. He previously served as a summer associate at K&L Gates in 2022.
