Prior to joining the firm, Lee served as of counsel at a Nashville law firm where he focused his practice in the representation of a leading wireless telecommunications company. Prior to that, Lee worked at a major Nashville law firm where he handled real estate matters for national insurance companies as well as general commercial leasing and acquisition of property rights for a major telecommunications tower company. Lee handles matters related to the development, leasing, and acquisition of network facilities throughout the United States. His extensive experience in commercial real estate law includes transactional matters involving the sale, leasing, and financing of commercial real estate properties, and Payment in Lieu of Tax (PILOT) transactions.
