David “Win” Winfield Gustin is an associate and a member of the Asset Management and Investment Funds practice.
Win assists a broad range of private funds on matters of formation, organization, and maintenance. He also advises registered investment companies on regulatory, compliance, and transactional matters arising under the US federal securities laws.
Additionally, Win collaborates with the AI Solutions Group to respond to the developing domestic and global regulation of generative artificial intelligence (AI).
