Carrie Luo is an associate in the corporate merger and acquisition group based in the firm's Boston office. She focuses her practices on advising public and privately held companies in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital, corporate governance, and general corporate law.
Prior to joining the Boston Office, Carrie worked at the firm’s Shanghai office for five years where she advised multinational companies on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, direct investments, general corporate, and regulatory and compliance matters in China.
