Prior to joining the firm, Yonathan served as a financial legal compliance intern for a large investment company. Through this role, Yonathan collaborated closely with the deputy general counsel in ensuring compliance with regulatory filings and Securities and Exchange Commission exams. He also conducted in-depth legal research on federal, state, and international security law registrations and other compliance regulatory matters. Yonathan developed and implemented strategies to enhance legal compliance across the organization and provided legal guidance on complex issues.
Additionally, Yonathan gained experience as a global compliance legal intern at one of the largest snack companies in the world. His role involved working closely with chief and senior counsel on US Securities and Exchange Commission filings, human rights cases, data privacy protection, anti-trusts, and sanctions. Yonathan also led global meetings regarding the company’s compliance standards, conducted in-depth research, and assisted in introducing new compliance policies for the company.
