Charlotte Kouo

Charlotte Kouo is an associate in the firm’s Finance practice. Her legal practice involves various corporate matters including cross-border and multi-jurisdictional bilateral and syndicated loans, mergers and acquisitions, group restructuring, joint venture arrangements, sale and purchase of businesses and commercial real estate, liquidation of asset portfolios, and licensing and regulatory compliance.

Charlotte graduated from the University of Leicester with LL.B. (Hons) in 2017 where she represented the university at various national and regional mooting competitions. She also studied economic theory and corporate governance at Harvard University. She was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor to the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2020 and as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales in 2022.
