Daniel Atkin is a partner in the firm's Corporate practice and co-practice group coordinator of the global Corporate and Mergers and Acquisitions team, with a focus on M&A and private equity and venture capital transactions. He has worked on matters across a range of industries, particularly technology, financial services, health, consumer, education, and energy, both domestically and cross-border.
He advises on the full cycle of investment work, from initial acquisitions and investments through to bolt-on acquisitions, restructures, contracting arrangements, employee incentive plans, and ultimate exits.
Dan works with domestic and international large corporates, private equity, venture capital and corporate venture funds, and emerging companies.
