His transactional experience extends to licensing, research and development, manufacturing, distribution, service, financing, and partnering agreements. He is a patent attorney by training and he still drafts and prosecutes patent applications, counsels on freedom to operate matters, infringement avoidance, strategic patenting, and the development, structuring, and monetization of U.S. and international patent portfolios. His patent portfolios have often been ranked as the best in the industry. He has extensive M&A and integration experience.
