K&L Gates Triage: Medical Residency Programs and Title IX Coverage

This is the first webinar in a series called “Paging an Employment Lawyer: Essentials for the Health Care Industry.” This webinar discusses why certain health care organizations may be covered under Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 (“Title IX”) following a decision by the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, which extended the application of Title IX from schools and universities, to medical residents of a private teaching hospital.
