Alessia Rocchi is a trainee in the firm’s Corporate practice with a particular emphasis on M&A transactions. She also works in Asset Management and Investment Funds, providing legal assistance to both domestic and international clients, including asset managers and institutional funds.

Prior to joining the firm, Alessia interned at a law firm based in Boston where she gained experience in Cybersecurity and Data Protection.

Alessia graduated from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart, discussing a Cybersecurity and Data Protection thesis on data transfer between EU and US. She also obtained an LL.M at Boston College Law School.
