Alexis Weber is an associate in the firm’s Labor, Employment, and Workplace Safety practice. Prior to joining the firm, Alexis was a law clerk at the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania where she managed case proceedings, composed bench memoranda, and drafted opinions for a varied docket of federal cases. Alexis was also previously a student attorney at a legal clinic where she assisted coal miners and their dependents in pursuing federal black lung benefits, evaluated claims, and developed evidence for federal administrative benefits hearings, including managing discovery and conducting depositions.
