Lexi N. Weber

Lexi Weber is an associate in the firm’s Labor, Employment, and Workplace Safety practice. She focuses her practice on defending companies in complex employment litigation, including discrimination and harassment claims, whistleblower complaints, and disputes involving restrictive covenants and trade secrets. In addition to her litigation work, Lexi also provides proactive counseling on compliance and workforce management, seeking to prevent problems before they arise by guiding employers through terminations, accommodations, leave issues, employee handbooks, and internal investigations.

Prior to joining the firm, Lexi served as a law clerk for the Honorable Edward G. Smith and the Honorable José R. Arteaga in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. 

While in law school, Lexi was an intern for the Honorable David J. Novak in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia and served as a Burks Scholar, where she taught legal research and writing to first-year law students. Lexi also worked as a student attorney in Washington and Lee’s Advanced Administrative Litigation Clinic, where she assisted coal miners and survivors in pursuing black lung benefits at the agency level and in the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.
