Alexis T. Gutierrez

Alexis Gutierrez is a government affairs advisor in the firm's Public Policy and Law practice group. Her experience includes developing Congressional strategies for appropriations and authorizations on maritime and fisheries issues, as well as building coalitions and advocacy networks to support the goals of clients.

Prior to joining the firm, Alexis worked with the United States Department of Commerce's National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration, where she served as Supervisory Congressional Affairs Specialist in the Office of Marine and Aviation Operations. She also served previously as a legislative fellow on the US Senate’s Commerce, Science, and Transportation Committee.
