Autumn D. Klick

Autumn Klick is an associate in the firm's Labor, Employment, and Workplace Safety practice. She advises and represents employers on a broad range of workplace matters, including employment litigation, workplace policies, and day-to-day counseling. Drawing on experience in both counseling and litigation, Autumn helps clients manage workplace issues from the earliest stages through resolution, with an emphasis on delivering strategic, pragmatic solutions tailored to their business objectives. 

Prior to joining the firm, Autumn served as an associate at a US firm where she focused on labor and employment litigation. Her experience includes representing employers across industries before state and federal courts, as well as administrative agencies. She has participated in all phases of litigation, including discovery, dispositive motion practice, and trial proceedings. In addition, she has assisted in government investigations involving regulatory and compliance matters.

Autumn also maintains an active pro bono practice, advising nonprofit organizations on employment matters and individuals across a broad range of legal matters. In recognition to her commitment to pro bono service, she was named to the 603 Legal Aid Pro Bono Honor Roll in 2024, 2025, and 2026.

Autumn additionally worked as a judicial resident to Magistrate Judge Andrea K. Johnstone in the US District Court for the District of New Hampshire. In that role, she prepared judicial orders and memoranda, observed a variety of court proceedings, and conducted legal research on a broad array of issues, providing her valuable insight into judicial decision-making and federal litigation.
