Christian Flemming‘s practice focuses on commercial litigation and investigations. He represents individuals and businesses in complex litigations and also advises those who are under scrutiny through government investigations, internal investigations, white collar investigations, government audits, regulatory compliance, and government ethics. Christian is an associate in the firm’s Commercial Disputes and White Collar Defense and Investigations practice groups.
In addition to advising clients on governmental ethics and lobbying compliance matters, Christian provides counsel and dispute resolution services containing public and political sensitivities, including Fortune 100 companies as well as private citizens and political figures involved in government inquiries.
Christian also has experience representing companies in large-scale internal investigations. He has conducted internal corporate probes for large privately held companies and large-scale retailers involving allegations of potential violations of federal and state laws.
