Christopher Manley is an associate in the firm’s Labor, Employment, and Workplace Safety practice. He has experience representing employers in federal and state court, as well as in arbitration, in a variety of matters, including restrictive covenant disputes, discrimination suits, and employee grievances. He also has experience before federal and state administrative bodies, including the National Labor Relations Board, the Public Employment Relations Commission, and the Occupational Health and Safety Review Commission. Chris has counseled employers through labor negotiations and on compliance with federal and state employment statutes. He has also represented businesses in commercial disputes in state and federal courts.
