Daisuke Morinaga is an associate in the firm's Corporate practice group. He advises Japanese and international clients on cross-border transactions, foreign direct investment (FDI), venture capital and startup investments, employment matters, and a wide range of commercial agreements.
He has particular experience advising on Japanese corporate law, the Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act (FEFTA), and related regulatory matters. His practice includes supporting foreign companies in establishing and operating Japanese subsidiaries, structuring and implementing investments, developing corporate governance frameworks, and navigating complex regulatory requirements in Japan.
