Derek McKee is an associate in the firm’s Labor, Employment, and Workplace Safety practice. Derek previously served as an associate in labor employment for a legal firm. His experience includes representing clients with employment and other cross-functional department needs, such as wealth management, manufacturing and product design, property management, and professional legal services. He has experience in discrimination cases, breach of contract claims, retaliation claims, and wage and hour disputes. He also has drafted numerous motions and depositions and conducted employment audits. Derek has led a labor employment mentorship program and drafted thought leadership pieces.
