Doug Logan is an associate and a member of the Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions practice group. Prior to re-joining the firm, Doug founded and operated a legal-tech SaaS company, which grew to service more than 200 high-growth startups, 30 law firms, and five venture capital firms. He closed multiple funding rounds from angel investors and institutional investors over the course of five years. He identified, recruited, and retained a working team of developers and contractors.
Before running his own company, Doug was an associate in the firm’s Seattle office where he worked with startups and on M&A deals in industries including technology, agriculture, construction, childcare, energy, and biotech.
