Craig Johnson is admitted to practice in Florida. He is not currently admitted in Pennsylvania.
Craig Johnson is a Corporate associate in the firm's Capital Markets practice group where he represents clients on capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance matters. He represents issuers in connection with a wide range of equity and debt capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, at-the-market equity programs, PIPEs, and private placements. Craig also advises public company clients regarding periodic reporting with the Securities and Exchange Commission, proxy rules, NYSE and Nasdaq listing rules, Section 16 reporting, and corporate governance.
In addition, Craig represents public and private clients in connection with mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments.
