Craig Johnson is an associate and a member of the Capital Markets practice group. Prior to joining the firm, Craig was an associate at a global law firm where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions and securities counsel. He represented private equity-backed companies and strategic buyers and sellers in middle-market M&A transactions, including drafting and negotiating purchase agreements and ancillary transaction documents, managing due diligence and disclosure schedules, coordinating with specialist teams, and overseeing closing execution. Through this role he also advised NYSE and Nasdaq-listed companies on public equity and debt offerings, securities compliance, disclosure obligations, and corporate governance matters.
