During law school, Hannah gained regulatory experience through two internships with the US Securities and Exchange Commission, where she supported both examinations and enforcement teams. In these roles, she reviewed investment adviser compliance programs, analyzed advertising and disclosure materials, and assisted with investigations involving potential securities law violations. She also drafted legal memoranda on disclosure requirements, registration obligations, and antifraud provisions, as well as supported regulatory counsel on enforcement matters and broader division initiatives.
Hannah complemented her practical experience with meaningful academic and leadership involvement. She served as an Associate Editor of the Catholic University Law Review, Vice President of the Securities Law Students Association, and a member of her law school’s moot court team. She was also Best Petitioner's Brief at the 2024 Kaufman Securities Law Competition.
