Hannah Reid is an associate and a member of the Technology Transactions and Sourcing practice group. Prior to joining the firm, Hannah was an associate in the Seattle office of a Silicon Valley-based law firm, where she advised technology clients on contract and intellectual property matters. She participated in all stages of case proceedings, including briefing on the pleadings, fact and expert discovery, depositions, briefing of dispositive motions, and pretrial preparation.
