Huberta Chow is a partner in the firm’s Asset Management and Investment Funds practice. Huberta’s practice focuses on the structuring and restructuring of private investment funds and alternative investment arrangements, including hedge funds, private equity funds, hybrid funds, funds-of-funds, managed accounts, funds-of-one and co-investment arrangements across a broad range of asset classes such as equities, bonds, derivatives, private credit, infrastructure, healthcare, ESG and real estate for a diverse range of clients. She represents both fund sponsors and fund investors. She also provides strategic advice to funds sponsors on the establishment and restructuring of their business operations in Hong Kong and on a broad range of licensing and compliance matters related to Hong Kong securities law.
