Isaac S. Lederman

Isaac Lederman is an associate in the firm's Asset Management and Investment Funds practice. Isaac’s practice focuses on advising sponsors of private funds with respect to a wide variety of legal and regulatory issues, including fund formation, structure and organization, registration and operation, and ongoing compliance concerns. His experience covers a range of asset classes, including private equity, venture capital, and hedge funds.

Prior to joining the firm, Isaac was an associate at a US multinational law firm, where he advised private fund sponsors across a wide array of asset strategies.
