Isaac’s experience includes work with sponsors across a range of private fund strategies, including private equity, venture capital, hedge funds, credit, real estate, infrastructure, and buyout funds. He assists clients with the formation and launch of commingled funds, co-investment vehicles, separately managed accounts, the negotiation of fund documents and side letters, and legal and regulatory issues arising throughout the fund lifecycle.

His practice combines experience in private fund formation with a strong foundation in investment adviser regulation and ongoing sponsor-side compliance.
