Isaac Lederman is an associate in the firm’s Asset Management and Investment Funds practice. Prior to joining the firm, Isaac was an associate at an American multinational law firm, where he advised clients across a wide array of asset strategies, including hedge, venture, real estate, infrastructure, fund-of-funds, credit, and buyout. He represented private funds and their advisers in connection with their various fundraising, compliance, and regulatory matters by coordinating with global IR teams, launching commingled and co-investment vehicles, advising on securities law issues, creating innovative fund structures, reviewing private placement offering materials, and negotiating fund documentation and side letters. He also advised deal teams on fund-related issues in transactions.
