Jasper Noble is an associate and a member of the Public Policy and Law practice group, where he advises clients on policy and regulatory issues in the energy and natural resource sectors.
Jasper assists clients working across energy and natural resource industries, including nuclear power, hydrogen, renewable energy, liquefied natural gas (LNG), critical minerals, energy tax credits, and federal permitting. He has advised clients on Congressional engagement, legislative tracking and review, and regulatory compliance.
Prior to joining the firm and while in law school, Jasper served as a summer associate with K&L Gates. While in law school, he also served as a law clerk in three different US Senate Offices–once on the Senate Finance Committee and twice on the Senate Judiciary Committee.
