Kailey W. Ashton

Kailey Ashton is an associate and member of the Corporate/Mergers and Acquisitions practice group. Her practice focuses on corporate representation with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance.  

Kailey regularly advises public and private companies, private equity firms and strategic investors on a wide range of complex business transactions, including domestic and cross-border mergers, stock and asset acquisitions, joint ventures and other strategic investments. She represents clients on both the buy-side and sell-side, offering practical, business-focused guidance throughout all phases of the transaction lifecycle. 

Her experience spans a variety of industries including technology, healthcare, life sciences, manufacturing and consumer products. In addition to her transactional work, Kailey counsels boards of directors, management teams, and shareholders on corporate governance matters including fiduciary duties and regulatory compliance.

Prior to joining the firm, Kailey served as an associate at a global law firm in San Diego.
