Kathleen (Kathy) McMonagle is a senior associate in the firm’s Asset Management and Investment Funds practice. She advises clients on the structuring, authorization and ongoing regulation of both regulated and unregulated investment vehicles, with a particular focus on UCITS and AIFs. Kathy also advises on the establishment, ongoing operation and regulation of UCITS management companies and AIFMs, supporting clients across multiple jurisdictions.
