Kennedy Caldwell is an associate in the Healthcare and FDA practice group. Prior to joining as an associate, Kennedy served as a summer associate, where she gained experience drafting and editing contracts, term sheets, certificates of need, management services agreements, and other legal documents for clients. Kennedy also conducted extensive research on healthcare regulations and transactions, real estate acquisitions, and pending litigation. In addition, she contributed to firmwide pro bono initiatives by drafting petitions and actively participating in committee meetings, client meetings, and town hall events.
