Prior to joining as an associate, Kennedy served as a summer associate at the firm in 2023 and 2024 where she gained experience drafting and editing contracts, term sheets, certificates of need, management services agreements, and other legal documents for clients. During law school, Kennedy gained experience as a legal extern in the Office of General Counsel at a children’s hospital, where she conducted research on health-related topics such as FDA regulations, state telehealth laws, and contract provisions. Additionally, Kennedy served as a research assistant at the University of Pennsylvania, focusing on FDA post-market study requirements and regulatory flexibility in drug approval. Kennedy is actively involved in pro-bono matters through firmwide initiatives.
