Krystal represents employers in state and federal litigation, arbitration proceedings, and administrative actions involving state and federal employment claims. Her litigation practice is particularly focused on wage and hour class actions and representative actions brought under California’s Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA).
Krystal's practice also includes advising clients on the employment aspects of corporate transactions. She conducts employment due diligence to identify workforce-related risks, evaluate potential liabilities, maximize deal value, and secure appropriate transaction protections.
Prior to joining the firm, Krystal was an employment associate at an international law firm.
