Krystal V. Campos

Krystal Campos is an associate in the firm's Labor, Employment, and Workplace Safety practice group. Her practice encompasses a broad range of employment matters, including litigation, compliance counseling, workplace investigations, and employment-related transactional issues.

Krystal represents employers in state and federal litigation, arbitration proceedings, and administrative actions involving wage and hour, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination claims. Her litigation practice is particularly focused on defending employers in wage-and-hour class actions and representative actions brought under California’s Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA).

Outside of litigation, she counsels employers on day-to-day workplace matters and compliance with federal and state employment laws. Krystal also conducts workplace investigations, assists employers with compliance audits, and regularly drafts, revises, and implements employment policies and workplace procedures to support legal compliance and business objectives.

Krystal's practice also includes advising clients on the labor and employment aspects of corporate transactions. She conducts employment due diligence to identify workforce-related risks, evaluate potential liabilities, maximize deal value, and secure appropriate transaction protections.

Prior to joining the firm, Krystal was an associate at an international law firm where she focused on wage and hour class and PAGA actions.
