Liam Row is a government affairs analyst and a member of the Public Policy and Law practice group. He advises clients on legislative and regulatory developments before Congress and the executive branch, with a particular focus on maritime policy, national security, defense authorization and appropriations, artificial intelligence (AI), emerging technology, and supply chain security.
Liam regularly helps clients navigate congressional activity, executive branch actions, and federal agency developments affecting the maritime, defense, technology, transportation, and critical infrastructure sectors. He provides legislative analysis, stakeholder engagement support, policy research, and strategic guidance related to the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), appropriations legislation, AI governance, export controls, cybersecurity, defense procurement, and maritime regulatory matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Liam served in a variety of government and policy-focused roles supporting legislative research, stakeholder engagement, and national security policy analysis across federal, state, and local government. He was previously a Lloyd Meeds Public Policy Fellow at the firm, where he conducted research on maritime policy, national security, and emerging technology issues.
