Liam’s experience includes conducting research for a member of Congress on the Appropriations and Budget Committees, handling state and federal outreach for a midwestern university, and coordinating regional political engagement for a statewide political organization. He also supported policy research for the Director of National Intelligence, producing analyses and recommendations on security and technology issues, and worked for the Ohio House of Representatives, collaborating with legislative members to prepare briefs, draft legislative materials, and attend hearings. Earlier, Liam was a Lloyd Meeds Public Policy Fellow at K&L Gates, contributing research on issues involving emerging technology, national security, and maritime policy.
