Nathan (Nate) A. Huff is a former federal prosecutor with more than 20 years of litigation experience. He focuses on healthcare and commercial litigation and investigations. He represents hospital systems, academic medical centers, life science companies, and financial institutions across the country in complex litigation and arbitration. He routinely appears in state and federal courts at both the trial and appellate levels. He has first-chaired multiple jury trials to verdict. He conducts internal investigations and defends against government investigations.
Nate also provides counseling and dispute resolution services to clients operating at the intersection of law and politics. He represents state legislatures, political committees, campaigns, and industry groups in constitutional law litigation in state and federal courts. Nate is a partner in the firm's the Commercial Disputes, Healthcare, and the White Collar Defense and Investigations practice groups.
