Raef Cogan is an associate in the firm’s Labor, Employment, and Workplace Safety practice. Prior to joining the firm, Raef was an associate at a California-based law firm. Through this role, he communicated with clients to gather information, managed junior associates, developed defense strategy, and spearheaded discovery efforts. He also has counseled clients on traditional labor issues, as well as on all aspects of California and federal employment laws.
