Sarah Crespi is an attorney specialist in the firm’s Asset Management and Investment Funds practice. Prior to joining the firm, Sarah was a senior counsel at a multinational investment company where she managed a team supporting the US ETF business. She advised on reporting, disclosure, and governance matters, as well as compliance with federal securities laws. She also oversaw the preparation and review of various regulatory filings and reports, including registration statements, proxy statements, and other filings with the SEC.
